The heated infinity pool merging with the Atlantic horizon

Fasnia · Tenerife · Since 1648

Four historic houses above the Atlantic

A seventeenth-century Canarian hacienda in the south of Tenerife, restored as four rural holiday homes with a heated infinity pool and a small spa.

The hacienda

On the old royal road that once linked Fasnia with the rest of the island stands a seventeenth-century hacienda: a manor house, wine cellars, stables and storehouses built from carved volcanic tuff and Canarian pine.

Restored stone by stone between 2010 and 2013, its buildings are now four holiday homes. Each keeps its own character and its own patio; together they share a heated infinity pool that seems to pour into the sea.

The experience

Slow days, wide horizons

Beyond your own front door, the hacienda is yours to share with only a handful of other guests.

  • The glass spa pavilion beside the infinity pool, with the sea on the horizon

    Heated infinity pool

Its water changes with the colour of the sky and seems to spill straight into the Atlantic.

  • The jacuzzi inside the glass spa pavilion with timber decking and sea views

    A small spa

A jacuzzi in a glass pavilion facing the sea, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a contrast shower, all free for guests throughout their stay.

  • The private patio of La Casa de Los Corrales with outdoor sofa and a view of the sea

    Patios and terraces

Every house opens onto its own patio, and a furnished solarium and shaded terraces surround the pool.

  • The covered barbecue terrace with stone walls, wooden tables and benches, and an outdoor kitchen

    Barbecue by the pool

A shared outdoor kitchen and long tables for unhurried meals with family and friends.

  • Prickly pear cactus and agave on the slopes above the coast near Fasnia

    Nothing but quiet

Farmland, volcanic slopes and the ocean on the horizon. No parties: the peace of the place comes first.

Our heritage

Brought back from ruin

The old caserío was slowly falling apart. A family who had owned part of it for generations decided to save it, using the island’s traditional materials and techniques: tea pine, clay tiles, chasnera stone and lime.
