Individual house bookings
An initial deposit is required when you book. The final payment must be made no later than two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation more than one month before arrival: 100% refund, less bank transfer charges.
Cancellation less than one month before arrival: no refund.
If the final payment is not received by the agreed date (two weeks before arrival), the booking will be cancelled and the initial deposit will not be refunded.
Whole hacienda and special events (for example, retreats)
An initial deposit of 25% is required when you book, and a second deposit of 25% no later than three months before arrival. The balance is paid according to the final contract or agreement.
Cancellation more than three months before arrival: 50% of the amounts paid is refunded.
Cancellation less than three months before arrival: no refund.
If the second payment is not made by the agreed date, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
House rules
Out of respect for other guests, parties and any activity that could disturb the peace of those staying at the hacienda are not allowed.
Only guests staying at the hacienda may enter the property.
