Location
Where to find us
The estate lies in the south of Tenerife, in Fasnia, a village in the midlands between the mountain and the sea. The four houses are known as Las Casas del Camino Real because they stand beside the old stone road that linked Fasnia with the other towns of the island.
They sit 380 metres above sea level, in farmland that has changed little over time, close to the village. The setting combines the calm of the countryside with the nearness of the coast, barely six kilometres away.

Walking
Mild weather all year and landscapes ranging from volcanic badlands to green mountains that drop into the sea make Tenerife a wonderful island for walking.
Masca – Mirador de la Cruz de Hilda, Buenavista del Norte: about 4 h 12 min, moderate
Roque de Taborno circular walk, Anaga Rural Park: about 5 h 18 min, moderate
Pico Viejo (3,134 m) and Teide from the Roques de García: about 6 h 36 min, moderate
Canarian food
No visit is complete without papas arrugadas, wrinkled potatoes with red or green mojo sauce; gofio, the toasted-grain flour inherited from the Guanches; and almogrote, a spread of cured cheese, pepper and garlic. Ask us about restaurants near Fasnia.
Places to visit
Teide National Park, the cliffs of Los Gigantes and the historic towns of Garachico, Icod de los Vinos and Taganana are all within a day's drive. For families, Siam Park and Loro Parque are two of the island's best-known attractions.
